NMI Property Management LLC was formed in January 2007. It provides professional apartment management services to a diverse universe of apartment communities. Our managed portfolio includes conventional market rate, LIHTC and Section 8 properties. Our current managed portfolio includes 19 properties totaling over 2,310 apartments.

We use OneSite suite of products to deliver full service property management, accounting, budgeting, reporting and compliance requirements. Our accountants and site managers are trained to deliver on-time and reliable reports. We require and incentivize management staff to improve skills through professional certification (NAA, local apartment associations and NAHB). Our employees are required to take training classes offered by Grace Hill, Inc., a national apartment management training and consulting firm and RealPage, and are encouraged to attend webinars and industry conferences.
