The acquisition of this 104 unit garden style, 1973-built affordable housing apartment community located in Montgomery, AL in March of 2008 was accomplished through working with the local HUD office and the local public housing agency to the payoff the existing FHA 236 mortgage and qualifies all eligible residents for enhanced vouchers. The acquisition debt and equity was conventionally refinanced through FNMA after a substantial property renovation was completed.
