• Development of a job training headquarters building for Opportunities Industrialization Corporation. This 20,000 square foot commercial building will provide corporate headquarters and job training and placement services for citizens in SE Washington, DC. The new building will be located on the site of the historic Old Congress Heights School and is supported by grants from DC Agencies and The Toyota Motor Corporation.
  
  
• Hillcrest Shopping Center – development of a small retail strip shopping center.
  
  
• Miller & Rhoads
  The Miller Rhoades project involves the adaptive reuse of a historic department store originally built in 1899. The physical program for conversion includes the construction of a Hilton Garden Inn with approximately 250 rooms, a residential condominium component with approximately 148 units and a basement level parking garage with parking sufficient for the condo buyers. The project is located in downtown Richmond, VA immediately adjacent to the city’s newly expanded convention center
