NMI purchased this 648 unit, 1975 built apartment property located in Indianapolis, IN in August of 2009. NMI acquired the property from the first mortgage lender following a deed in lieu of foreclosure. The property was 79% occupied and in substantial disrepair when we closed and have since completed our operational and physical turnaround strategy using conventional financing and substantial owner capital. This property was awarded the Indiana Apartment Association's Outstanding Apartment Renovation Award for 2010.
