Rey Sison – Director of Property Management Operations

Since 2006, Rey Sison has served as NMI’s Director of Property Management Operations and is responsible for the property and asset management functions.

Prior to joining NMI, Rey served as Assistant Vice-President at Apollo Housing Capital/RBC Capital Markets. His responsibilities required maintaining a portfolio of real estate assets regulated under the Section 42 (LIHTC) affordable housing ensuring the continuous delivery of anticipated investor benefits. Mr. Sison supervised the planning, development and proactive management of a diverse real estate investment portfolio.

Rey began his real estate career in the early 1990 as an apartment leasing manager and has site managed market rate and affordable housing projects. Mr. Sison has worked for both non-profit and for-profit entities, as well as apartment developers and investors. Rey is a Certified Housing Asset Manager and holds Housing Credit Certified Professional and National Compliance Professional designations. He is also a CPM candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
